Good ol' Friends

Yesterday, Marian Kofford (my next door neighbor and best friend from Cleveland) called and stopped by for a surprise visit! We haven't seen each other for 3 years yet it felt like we hadn't spent anytime apart. We each had two kids last time we saw each other, now look at the couch full!

Just For the Fun of It!

We have been having some girl fun lately.

Today we decided to have an Un-Birthday. We made a pirate cake and a landscape rainbow candle.

The girls had fun in the sprinklers.

We did face and finger paintings early this week and dubbed it, Crazy Day.

As most of you know we didn't find out if we were having a boy or a girl. At the end of the pregnancy we were all convinced I was having a boy. So to our great surprise I couldn't believe it when the Dr. said, "Open your eyes and see your new little girl!"

Arya holds Aliah for about 30 seconds before declaring, "She's too heavy!"
Nana flew down just in time for the birth. Getting in the night before about midnight. We had a fun filled shopping day at JCPenny the next morning and then went grocery shopping. At about 5:45pm the real action started. Blake got home at 6pm and we left for the hosptial right after.
