Daddy Fun

Blake is one of the best dads I have ever seen. He plays his heart out with the kids when his is home and the girls can't wait to be with him. They made a fun fort in the back yard one night.
Addy is also the one who took the picture of Blake and Arya sitting in the chair. She like to tell people what face they should put on when she's snapping the photo.
And yes, we took the t.v. out back to watch a movie!

Silly Story Boards

The girls and I created a school room out of the extra bedroom upstairs. We have fun everyday singing, reading, learning and creating. I love hearing them say the whole Pledge of Allegiance by themselves and singing the scriptures, Joshua 1:9 & Nephi 3:7
These were silly stories the girls put together. Arya said hers was about flying fairies going to a dance at the castle; Addy's was about mermaid friends going to find their matching colored friends.

Just push play!

Addy's Dress Rehersal

Here is Addy with her best friends, Makaila and Payton. Yeah, they did it!

The girls danced to the cutest song called, Someday My Prince Will Come

Where did she go?

If anyone reads this post it will be a miracle. I had to start a new blog and haven't done anything with it since. I of course have been busy with the girls and writing. Yes, writing. I have completed the first 3/4 of my novel, The Other World. WOW, what an adventure that has been. It is completely readable from start to chapter 31. The next ten need work and then I still need to write the end of the first novel. It is funny because there are two sequential novels to follow the first and I have already written how they end, but can't figure out how I want the first book in my trilogy end!
Our family took a trip down to St. George this past weekend. It was very fun to hang out with the Shreeve's and go to Tarzan in the Tuachan Theater. We also went to see the dino-track footprints and went out for special pirate pizza.
In the second hour of our 7-8 hour drive to St. George we stopped to use the restroom and get some breakfast. Well of course I only need a spark of thought and a new experience for my brain to come up with a story. For the drive and the next four days I wrote a new short story down on paper. So I am taking a vacation, shall we say from my novel and typing up this fun short story. I don't have a name for it yet but it goes something like this...

Sarah, goes to Vegas with her friend, Joan for a college graduation party. On the last day of their trip Sarah wakes up in the truck of a strange man, a cowboy named Gavin. She thinks she's been abducted but when he shows her their marriage license she remembers that she really did marry him, but she can't remember why.
Gavin keeps calling Sarah, Sterling and has the background of a whole other life story for her. He has everything she needs at his home in the middle of nowhere ranch in Arizona. Sarah has to figure out why she married Gavin and why he thinks she is this other girl named Sterling. She also tries to escape his house and small town, but no one will believe her real identity.
Is she going crazy or is the whole town fooled by Gavin and his lies? And what is her heart doing falling in love with him!

Have any ideas for a book title??? Let me know!
